Adjustable Control Signal. Allows versatility of input signal type (0-10V, 2-10V and 4-20 mA) in one valve, promoting interface with a wide range of controllers.

LED indicator. The LED readout takes the guesswork out of system troubleshooting. It displays auto calibration, off, normal operation and even failure modes.

Selectable flow characteristics. A dip switch allows you to change the flow characteristics of the valve from linear or equal percentage while in full operation. 

Quick response time. Positioning time is less than one second for critical applications.

Manual override mechanism. Allows the user to manually position the valve through the entire stem stroke, increasing serviceability, troubleshooting and safety.

Metal to meal seating. Provides tight close off and reduces leakage to promote a maintenance free and long valve life.

Seimens Dragon Thermostats

When developing the Dragon thermostats, Siemens wanted the appearance to match the sleek, contemporary designs found in today’s offices, conference rooms and classrooms. These are a quality, affordable product that could be used in new construction or when remodeling.

The Dragon series currently includes three room models:

• For simple on/off control for heating only or cooling only, or both heating and cooling, the RAA thermostat does the trick. Set the required room temperature with the setpoint knob.
• When specs call for on/off with fan speed adjustments for two pipe or four pipe fan coil units to maintain the selected room temperature, use the RAB thermostat. Fan speeds are easily adjusted.
• The RCU thermostat provides modulating heating/cooling control with either 3-position (floating) or 0-10 vdc output.
